On The Day Co-ordination service is included with the Full & Partial Planning packages.

Having planned every part of your day down to the smallest of detail, it’s time for you to relax and soak up every moment, stress-free knowing that Two Be Wed are there to professionally manage your day.

 

One month prior to your Wedding Day we will meet with you to discuss and ensure we fully understand every element. From here on we will liaise with all suppliers; ensure they are all on track, that necessary payments have been made and that each one understands what is required of them when they arrive at the venue.

 

On the Day we will manage all suppliers, keep your running order on time and deal with any eventualities swiftly and discreetly.

 

We will be there to help with any set up needs and to ensure everything is just as you had planned.

 

As a point of contact for your guests and yourselves throughout your big day, rest assurred if you need us, we are there. 

 

We can also be available for the set up the day before and take down the day after.
